Temperature Control:
Press and hold on the up arrow until the temperature flashes, use either the up or down arrows for desired temperature. Lift the panel to change the setting to cool, warm or off. *Please do not turn the fireplace temperature control on.
Patio Doors/Windows:
Doors: On the right door, turn the handle horizontal & push to open
Windows: On the right and left of the patio doors, turn the handle on the windows to horizontal and pull to open. Alternatively, turn handle vertical and pull to tilt the window towards you.
Please do not leave open doors unattended. We have desert wildlife in the area.
Telephone:
For local outgoing calls, press 9 then dial as normal. For calls within Hester Creek extensions, press the pre-programmed options or the Inn Keeper button for assistance, pressing 9 is not necessary for these buttons. *Please note that the telephone system does not support long distance phone calls.
Noise Policy/Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are from 10:30pm to 7:00am. Please be considerate to other guests particularly when outside on the patio. *Please refrain from playing music on outside patios.
Smoking Policy:
The Villa is a fully non-smoking facility, inside and out. If you choose to smoke, including vape pens, please do so on the outside of the archway and discard cigarettes and ashes in the bucket provided.
Emergency Procedures:
In case of fire or medical emergency, immediatly call 911 as well as Melissa (cell 250 488-7403). In case of full evacuation of the Villa, please convene in the Terrafina parking lot (under the flags) to ensure all guests are accounted for.
