Tasting Room
The warm welcome at the door is just the start of your visit to the tasting room at Hester Creek Estate Winery. With a variety of wine tasting experiences, events that bring friends together, and a wine shop full of bespoke products, we invite you to join us for your ultimate wine experience in the South Okanagan.
Complimentary tastings are available year-round with Signature Tastings and Estate Tour & Tastings offered in the high season. To learn more about our experiences and make your reservations, keep scrolling.
The tasting room is open daily 10:00am to 4:00pm with complimentary tastings until 3:30pm.
Please note: The Tasting Room will be open 10:00 to 1:00 on Saturday, December 14, and will be closed on December 25, December 26 and January 1.
Tasting at the bar: Groups larger than six will be divided to ensure the best tasting experience.
Signature and Estate Tour & Tastings: These are semi-private experiences that accommodate a maximum of eight people.
Complimentary Tastings
We offer complimentary wine tastings at the bar on a first come, first served basis. Our premium wines, The Judge and Garland, carry a tasting fee of $5.00, which is waived on the purchase of those premium wines.
Parties larger than six people will be divided into smaller groups.

Signature Tasting
Join us for a seated tasting experience hosted by one of our Hester Creek Wine Ambassadors. Set in our beautiful Bench Club Lounge, this 40-minute experience takes you through a skillfully selected flight of our premium wines.
$20 per person. No minors or pets.
Offered March through October.
Estate Tour & Tasting
Take a journey through the cellar and learn about winemaking at Hester Creek. After the tour, enjoy a flight of wines selected by your host in the Bench Club Lounge. Please allow up to 90 minutes for this experience.
$30 per person. No minors or pets.
Offered May through October.

Why limit happy to an hour? Come join us on our patio from 1-5pm, Monday-Friday, May 1st – October 9th.

Oak Terrace & Lawn
Our Oak Terrace & Lawn is available for picnics and to enjoy our award-wining wines by the glass or bottle. The Oak Terrace and lawn areas are self-serve and no reservations are necessary. Dogs on leash and underage guests are permitted, accompanied by an adult. All patio areas will open in April, weather dependent.

Vineyard Patio
Our Vineyard Patio offers self-serve wine service by the glass or bottle, at our winery prices. To accompany our award-winning wine, we also have daily fresh food offerings that are available in our deli fridge, including daily-made share plates (Share plates only available May-September). The patio is first-come, first served and only food purchased from the wine shop is permitted. Underage guests are permitted, accompanied by an adult. Dogs are not permitted on the Vineyard patio. Patio open April – September, weather dependant.
