Terrafina Restaurant Manager

Born and raised in the south Okanagan, Robyn’s first job at 14 with a local Penticton restaurant sparked a lifelong career in the hospitality industry.  What started as a teenager, blossomed into work experiences across the pond in London, England at a gastropub, followed by a unique five-year journey with Carnival Cruises in the Caribbean and California. A return home in 2013 landed her at Poplar Grove, helping in the tasting room as well as Assistant Manager at their Vanilla Pod Restaurant.  A brief move to the Rockies saw Robyn not only manage the field-to-fork steakhouse Fernie Cattle Company, but also start up her own café, where her homemade tea biscuits were a hot, always sold-out treat. After a relocation to Oliver with her family in the spring of 2022, she joined Terrafina Restaurant first as a server and shortly thereafter was promoted to Manager. At Terrafina, she brings her considerable background in fine dining, entertainment, and hospitality to our guest experience. In her free time, she can be found at home with her husband, toddler, and morkie, pursuing her pâtissier passion.
