Okanagan Eats Cookbook Available at the Wine Shop
The South Okanagan Wine Country is known for its fine dining scene both in the town centres as well as located at historic estate wineries. Terrafina is no exception to this, and we’re sending a huge congrats to Chef Adair Scott for his feature in the Okanagan Eats cookbook curated by Joanne Sasvari and Dawn Postnikoff!
Chef Adair joined the Terrafina at Hester Creek team in March of 2020. Though not an ideal time to start in a new position, lockdowns didn’t hold him back. He used this time to go straight to work in designing and planting a garden behind the restaurant. The literal fruits of his labour have resulted in fresh ingredients representative of the South Okanagan that he uses daily in his menu.
