Cancellation Policy
Booking deposit will be fully refunded, up to 30 days prior to the date of arrival, less a $25.00 administration fee. Cancellations/changes within 7 days prior to the date of arrival will be responsible for the entire balance of the reservation. Please note that if you are booking in our summer months, wildfires and poor air quality can be a possibility. In the circumstance that the Villa is under evacuation alert or order, the cancellation policy will be waived. In all other circumstances, our normal cancellation policy will apply. We strongly encourage purchasing Trip Cancellation Insurance.
