On Thursday, March 23rd, Terrafina will be hosting the first Estate Dinner of 2023!
Chef Adair invites you to a four-course dinner plus dessert at Terrafina to celebrate the release of our 2022 Rosé and Trebbiano.
The night will begin with an amuse of Coconut-Thyme Sorbet with Tomato Tapioca, followed by a first course of Chef’s Salmon Cake with Organic Quinoa and Fresh Greens paired with our 2022 Rosé Cabernet Franc.
Pair our 2022 Trebbiano with a second course of Chicken Leg Roulade with Braised Leeks.
The third course of Braised Lamb Shank with our famous Smoked Beet Hummus will pair brilliantly with our 2020 Syrah.
To finish this fantastic dinner, enjoy a dessert of Chocolate Cannoli with Leche Frita and Honey Comb paired with our 2019 Old Vine Late Harvest.
