The wines used in our “Reserve” Merlot come from some of the oldest vines in the Okanagan. Estate grown, the grapes are aged in French & American oak barrels for 2 years. The barrels are specifically selected by our winemaker for their ability to enhance and compliment the true flavours of the wines. Big aromas of cherry, blackberry and chocolate are followed by flavours of plum, fruitcake, mocha & vanilla. With a firm tannin structure, these wines will cellar for a minimum of 3 years, peaking 5 – 10 years from date of vintage.
