Cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks retained this Chardonnay's natural flavours of peach, pear and pineapple. The wine has an intensely floral bouquet and a crisp full-bodied velvety finish.
Proclaimed as a "Hot Buy" and awarded a rating of 86 points in the November/December issue of Wine Access magazine.
